OUR STORY
My dream has always been to create a space where everyone—kids, teens, and adults—can unleash their creativity and discover the joy of making art in a fun, welcoming environment.
At my studio, we’ll dive into all kinds of artistic adventures: painting, clay, mixed media, and more! I’ll be hosting weekly kids’ art classes and offering adult classes for anyone who wants to book a creative experience with friends. And yes, there will be a kiln and pottery wheel, so you can explore ceramics and try something totally new!
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or someone who’s never picked up a brush, this space is for YOU to create, experiment, and have fun. Stay tuned for updates on special offerings, class schedules, and more exciting details!

KJ Mowrey
My name is KJ Mowrey, and I am an artsy human. Despite graduating from Texas A&M (go ags!) with a Bachelor of Science, I am now 24 hours into art classes at Midwestern State working towards a Masters in Art Therapy. One of my big goals is to become an art therapist, but right now, I’m beyond excited to bring my passion for creativity to downtown Wichita Falls with my very own studio!

The Studio
Since the studio opened in February 2025, we have had over 50 students in the spring semester and more than 40 kids aged 4 to 14 this summer at our three different camps. We added a kiln in June and could not be more excited about the new addition. Pottery wheels and classes coming soon.
